VHA Novation Service Day at Trinity Skyline Trail

VHA Novation had twenty teams working throughout Dallas for their Day of Service. The fifty-four volunteers came to the Trinity Skyline Trail and planted 300 native species and Seeded 1/2 acre. Team leads enjoyed the event and gorgeous day. .
  • VHA Novation had twenty teams working throughout Dallas for their Day of Service. The fifty-four volunteers came to the Trinity Skyline Trail and planted 300 native species and Seeded 1/2 acre. Team leads enjoyed the event and gorgeous day.
  • Working under the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, the work team from VHA Novation seeded and planted native species such as turkey tangle fog fruit, wine cup, sand love grass, buffalo grass, and other plants tolerant of shade.
  • VHA Novation volunteers worked in teams to dig holes, place terra-sorb in each hole, and then placed the plant.
  • Here the Trinity Skyline Trail can be seen along the Trinity River.
  • All done and the colorful flags mark the spot!
